Southwest Airlines Priority Credit Card
Increase brand loyalty, expand product offerings and increase partner revenue
I lead the technology launch of the highly-praised Southwest Priority Credit Card. This is the highest tier card in the Southwest Rapid Rewards portfolio and offers members exclusive travel and cash benefits. I managed the technology design, execution, testing and launch. I worked alongside Chase, marketing, finance and technology development teams.
Early Bird Check-In
Increase the value of a product to better serve customers while laying technology groundwork for Horizon 2-3 features
I ran the Early Bird Check-In price increase initiative. The goal was to ease customer demand for the product resulting in an increase in its relative value. We also laid the technology groundwork for future enhancements that went live in 2018 (Variable Early Bird Check-In). I worked alongside marketing, communications, technology and multiple third party vendors.
Mobile SAML Integration
Increase likelihood of conversion and decrease workload for customers to increase customer loyalty and partner revenue as part of a Horizon 2 initiative
I lead the solutioning and planning of adding enhanced SAML integrations with Chase to improve the credit card portfolio. This functionality already existed on desktop but not on any of the mobile applications. Customers could select an advertisement for a credit card statement credit and have their application data pre-populated on Chase’s application page. This all occurs during the purchase flow. Credit card acquisitions increased after the launch of the new data connection. I worked with marketing, finance and mobile development teams to design and execute this new feature.
Identify strategic partnership to better serve customers at a lower labor intensity and higher revenue
I helped executive and marketing leaders determine the appropriate path to offer hotel bookings to their customers – API or white label. I lead the requirements, RFP and solutioning project to select the right partner, receive appropriate security sign off and plan the product launch. The new hotel platform had increased conversions and impact to EBITDA.
Southwest More Rewards
Expand product offerings to existing customer group to better serve customers, increase brand loyalty and increase revenue
I coordinated a pilot for a the More Rewards shopping platform to be opened to all Rapid Rewards members for certain products. After a successful pilot, we added a new portal for Rapid Reward members. I managed the vendor coordination, security testing and quality assurance testing for the launch.
AT&T Small Business
Replatform backend of sales and service portal to increase revenue, decrease costs and better serve customers
As a consultant with Slalom, I helped digital leaders determine a successful go to market plan for the sales and service portal pilot. The new portal increased conversions by 20%. After the pilot, I worked to redesign the shopping flow to a one-page checkout. This new checkout flow increased conversions by 5%.
Adobe Analytics Integration
Insights in to real-time operational data to make better decisions for customers and stakeholders.
As a consultant with Slalom, I lead the Adobe analytics requirements, design and implementation for a sales and service portal. After implementation, I managed analytics reporting for the pilot launch and created real-time, actionable data for executive leaders to make business decisions.
